Book Service(s)

How it works:

1. Click on "Book Service(s) appointment" button

2. Select a day an time that works for you, the client, for us, Rush River Cleaning Services to come to your address to perform this/these service(s).

3. Please keep in mind:

A: that the cleaner(s) will be at the cleaning address a minimum number of hours depending on the service(s) you want/need 

B: The minimum is the least amount you will be charged. If the cleaner(s) are at the cleaning address less than the minimum hours, then you, the client, will be charged the minimum charge.

C: If the cleaners are at the cleaning address for more than the minimum, you, the client, will be charged per 15 min (rounded up) for anything longer than the minimum hours.

D: Some charges, we charge Per item (fridge, stove, window, wall, room, etc.). 

4. As soon as you book your cleaning appointment(s), you will receive an email containing a secure link for you to enter a card to keep on file (we follow all of our policies: terms and conditions, policies and procedures, cancelation policy, refund policy, fees, and privacy policy to keep your card information safe and secure). We REQUIRE a saved card on file in order for a cleaner to come to your cleaning address​​​.

5. Payment:

A: You can now pre-pay for your service(s) you select. If you do prepay, we will invoice you or refund you as needed. You can pre-pay by clicking here.

B: If you do not pre-pay (and in some cases even if you pre-pay) we will send you an invoice as soon as we are done performing the cleaning. We will subtract anything that you already prepaid for. This invoice will be due immediately.

C: We will then charge the saved card on file, or take another payment option from you in person.

D: We will send you a receipt once your payment has cleared our bank.

6. Before you book any services with us, please review all of our policies and procedures we have in place (including but not limited to: terms and conditions, policies and procedures, cancelation policy, refund policy, fees, and privacy policy.)

Once you have read and understand everything, then you can go ahead and book our service(s). Once you book our service(s), it will be assumed you have read, understand, and agree to all of the aforementioned terms and conditions, policies and procedures, cancelation policy, refund policy, fees, and privacy policy.
