There may be times that we owe you, the client a refund for Services that were paid for, but were not performed. Or if there was a customer complaint about a service and we approved a partial refund. Also, If you purchase products on our website, and you return them, you may be eligible for a refund.
Reasons a refund could be due to a customer are:
Client prepaid for services, then decided to cancel upcoming appointment(s) before Rush River Cleaning Services next appointment
Client prepaid for Services, Rush River Cleaning Services cant make it to upcoming appointment(s) and future cleaning dates are not possible to find on both the client’s calendar and Rush River cleaning Services calendar
Any other reason Rush River Cleaning Services deems appropriate for a refund.
The client wasn't fully satisfied with a service and we issue a partial refund.
The client bought a product off of our site and returned the item.
Approving a refund:
Only we, Rush River Cleaning Services, sales representative, managers are eligible to approve a refund for the client
Distribution of a Refund:
A refund will be sent to the customer/client the same payment method they used to pay original payment
Time frame for a refund:
Rush River Cleaning Services will process a client’s refund as soon as we possible can.
We do reserve the right to process a refund within three (3) to five (5) business days. Reason a refund could take longer than five (5) days to process are as follows (but not limited to):
the schedule of Rush River Cleaning Services management, Holiday schedule, product(s) bought online takes longer to reach us (or our supplier) so that could delay a refund.
Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days to reach your original payment method. After ten (10) days, client must reach out to client’s bank to check the status of client’s refund.
Rush River Cleaning Services is not liable and will not be held liable for any misplaced refunds.
