Fees 

 The following are extra fees that the client may incur in addition to the fees that were listed on the quote and contract you were or will be given or in addition to the ones you were made aware of when you booked online services.

1. One time cleaning fees for short cancellation (for 2nd and future cancelations):

   1. 10% of bill-- with more than twenty-four (24) hours but less than forty- eight (48) hours notice given.

   2. 15% of bill-- with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice given.

2. Scheduled/reoccurring cleaning fees for short cancellation:

   1. Should the Client fail to give forty-eight (48) hours notice:

      1. no fee for the first offense

      2. 25% of cleaning cost for that day for second offense.

      3. 50% of cleaning cost for that day for canceled cleanings thereafter.​

3. If our accessibility policy is not followed and Rush River Cleaning Services employee has to move items to make a floor, shelf, top, counter, etc. accessible, Rush River Cleaning Services will charge you (the client/user) a $15.00 (fifteen dollar) fee per room where we have to move things/items.​

4. Late payment fees (if late paying your bill):

   1. 6 days past due= $10

   2. 31 days past due=$10 (and possible cancellation of services and contract (if one was signed).

   3. 61 days past due=$30​

5. NSF (returned check fee):​

   1. $35 for each returned check​
