RUSH RIVER CLEANING SERVICES CANCELLATION POLICY
Since Rush River Cleaning Services has one time cleaning (contract...This is the same as booking online) and Scheduled or reoccurring cleaning (contract), there are two separate cancellation polices.
Please see the cancellation policy for the service you are requesting. If you are unsure of which policy you should read, please reach out to your sales Representative at Rush River Cleaning Services.
It will be interpreted once the client signs the contract or books the service that the client is well aware of Rush River Cleaning Services cancellation Policy.
Also keep in mind that this policy may, can, will, change from time-to-time, so it is your (client's/user's) responsibility to stay up do date on any changes that are made.

ONE TIME CLEANINGS
One time cleanings can be booked online, or a contract can be signed after a Rush River Cleaning Services sales representative gave you (client/user) the quote.
In the event that the Client needs to cancel a one time cleaning appointment, forty-eight (48) hours notice to Rush River Cleaning Services is required. Notice may be given by email, SMS (text), or phone.
The Client will not be charged as long as forty-eight (48) hour notice is given.
If this is the first time the client has canceled an appointment with insufficient notice (less than forty-eight (48) hours notice, the client will not be charged
The one time cleaning can then be rescheduled for a time that works for both the Client and Rush River Cleaning Services.
If the client reschedules the cleaning appointment, but has to cancel for a 2nd time, the following will apply:
No charge for forty-eight (48) hour or more notice
Insufficient notice:
the client will be charged a non refundable cancellation fee of:
10% of bill-- with more than twenty-four (24) hours but less than forty- eight (48) hours notice given.
15% of bill-- with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice given.
If the client wants to reschedule a 3rd one-time cleaning appointment (after 2 consecutive cancelations) Rush River Cleaning Services will require a prepayment by the client.
If these appointments were all made online and no prepayment was made, Rush River Cleaning Services reserves the right to cancel and not allow the client/user to make any online appointments.
If we are having any trouble(s) at all collecting any fees above, Rush River Cleaning Services reserves the right to seek any and all legal remedies which the client may also be liable for.
In the event that Rush River Cleaning Services needs to cancel a one time cleaning appointment 48 hours notice will be given to the client. If Rush River Cleaning Services fails to give 48-hour notice, Client will be offered a rescheduled one time cleaning with a 25% discount . Any further cancellations by Rush River Cleaning Services, and the client will be offered more discounts up to a 40% off a one time cleaning service appointment.

SCHEDULED/ REOCCURING CLEANINGS
In the event that the Client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, forty-eight (48) hours notice to Rush River Cleaning Services is required. Notice may be given by email, SMS (text), or phone. Client will not be charged as long as forty-eight (48) hour notice is given.
Should the Client fail to give forty-eight (48) hours notice, the Client will not be charged for the first (1) offense.
The client must pay 25% of the cleaning cost for that day for the canceled cleaning on the second (2) offense and 50% of the cleaning cost for that day for canceled cleanings thereafter.
Canceling more than three (3) consecutive cleanings or more than five (5) total scheduled cleanings, without prior approval of Rush River Cleaning Services, will be deemed a material breach and allow Rush River Cleaning Services to cancel the contract.
In the event that Rush River Cleaning Services needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment 48 hours notice will be given to the client. If Rush River Cleaning fails to give 48-hour notice, Client will be offered one free cleaning.
Canceling of the Scheduled cleaning contract:
Rush River Cleaning Services usually requires the client to sign a contract when getting reoccurring cleaning appointments. The contract continues indefinitely until either the client/user or Rush River Cleaning Services needs to cancel the contract.
Please refer to the contract you signed with Rush River Cleaning Services to properly cancel your contract.
If you ever need a copy of your contract you originally signed, please reach out to your sales representative and they can get a copy sent to you.
Rush River Cleaning Services will not hold any cleaning spots or appointments due to the cancellation of a contract for any of the cancellation of reasons above.
