Below are the different tiers of residential cleaning services we offer. Please do note, we do have a minimum charge for each cleaning tier service. That means even if we are at the cleaning address less then the minimum time, the client should still expect to pay the minimum charge for the service they selected. If you have any questions about any of these residential cleaning services we offer, please to not hesitate to contact us.
Basic Cleaning
Basic Cleaning
Our basic cleaning Service is perfect for homes that just need a little light clean up.
Look around your home and if your barely have anything sitting on your counters, floors, etc. this service could be the one that you are looing for.
If your home is basically clean, but just needs a little extra (once or on a schedule), this service is perfect for you!
Things that are included in a Basic clean are:
Vacuuming/sweeping/moping all floors that are accessible*
Clean/wipe down counters that are accessible*
Clean mirrors (like bathroom mirrors)
Full bathroom clean
We do have a two (2) hour minimum charge. After the minimum charge, we charge per 15 minutes rounded up to the nearest 15 minute mark.
If we are only at the cleaning address for the minimum hours, the cost of this service is $50.00 per hour, so the least you'll pay is $100.00 plus taxes.
Deep Cleaning
Deep Cleaning
Our Deep Cleaning Service is best for those homes/addresses that need a little bit extra cleaning then what the basic tier can do.
Take a look around your home and if you have some stuff laying on your counters, floors, etc., then this could be the service that you need.
This can be done once or it can be done on a a schedule.
Things that are included in the Deep Clean are everything from the Basic Clean:
Vacuuming/sweeping/moping all floors that are accessible*
Clean/wipe down counters that are accessible*
Clean mirrors (like bathroom mirrors)
Full bathroom clean
We then add on....
Clean outside of oven/stove
Clean outside of Fridge
Spot clean walls
Spot clean interior windows
We do have a three (3) hour minimum charge. After the minimum charge, we charge per 15 minutes rounded up to the nearest 15 minute mark.
If we are only at the cleaning address for the minimum hours, the cost of this service is $55.00 per hour, so the least you'll pay is $160.00 plus taxes.
Specialized (move in/out) cleaning
Specialized (move in/out) cleaning
Our Specialized Cleaning Service tier is our most detailed and comprehensive tier we have. This is best for move in/out situations or even for cleaning up after construction is done on your home.
So, if you have a need for a detailed comprehensive clean, this could be the service that you need..
This service is usually done once, however it can be done on a schedule if needed as well.
One thing to keep in mind is this service sometimes takes more than one day to complete. It all depends on how big the house is and how detailed you want us to be.
Things that are included in the Specialized Clean are everything from the Basic Clean:
Vacuuming/sweeping/moping all floors that are accessible*
Clean/wipe down counters that are accessible*
Clean mirrors (like bathroom mirrors)
Full bathroom clean
and the deep clean....
Clean outside of oven/stove
Clean outside of Fridge
We do then add on...
Clean inside of oven/stove
Clean inside of Fridge
clean walls
clean interior windows
Clean blinds
option to add Deep clan carpet shampoo at $20.00 per room

Comercial Cleaning Service

We come to your place of work and clean the rooms (break room, restrooms, offices, warehouse, etc.) that you would like us to clean. This type of service is typically one we do on a normal basis and it really doesn't take us very long to clean. We take two and a half (2.5) hours minimum to clean during this service

The services below are extra services that can be done at the request of you, the client. Please keep in mind that these services cost extra money then what is listed above, The cost listed for these items are per item (not per hour) as listed above.
You do not have to book any of the services above in order to book extra, add on services. A cleaner(s) will still come to your cleaning address and perform service(s) on any of these extra, add on service(s) that you want done.
One thing to keep in mind is if you only book this/these extra service(s), there will be a minimum charge of $100.00 plus taxes.

We clean blinds for $15.00 each blind.

Each area rug we clean is $20.00 prer rug.

Every wall we clean/wash is $25.00 per wall

We clean the inside of windows only. We will clean the glass and all around the window.
